Clinical Study On Treating Children's Asthma With The Huatanquyu Liquid

Objective:To estimate the curative effect about the Huatanquyu Liquid by clinic observation when it is used to treat the urgent bornehialasthma;in order to establish theoretical foundation for it discussion etiology and Pathogenesis of children's Asthma in sputum and blood.Methods:Utilizes the random,control,and forward-looking of clinical research the method,We disported the patients who were suffering the urgent thermic asthma to one group of Western Medicine and the other of adding Huatanquyu Liquid by chance.A total of 60 patients,In accordance with the proportion of 1:1.Then we observed the symptom and the sign of body aboutasthma,wheeze,phlegm and cough on five day during the treating,and determine the synthetical curative effect all together.At last we observed the transformation of lung function(PEFR).utilizes the CS2000 statistics software processing survey result.Results:Studied the acute attack of asthma in children who is cold and heat mixed types,To investigates curative effct of 60 cases,the result Points out that the total effective rate of Chinese and western combination group is 96.7%,Significantly and Control rate is 93.3%,has obvious difference(P＜0.05).Observe the changes of Cough,Expectoration Breath and Lungs wheezing sound were better than the control group in post-treatment.the difference of two groups was signifiicant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The Huatanquyu Liquid can alleviate the symptom of asthma effectively.Descripted that Chinese and westem medicine has a significant advantage in treats the pediatric asthma,In the basis of Antitussive and Antiasthmatic adding the eliminate the sputum and blood of herbal medicine who has the exact effect itself,worth researching a step further.
