The Clinical Research Of JWSGMH Prescription In Treating Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect on cough variant asthma of the treatment with Jiawei Shegangmahuang prescription(JWSGMH) at one time discuss the mechanism about resisting irritability and inflammation.Methods:Divide 60 patients with cough variant asthma into two groups by randomly.Treated group(n=29) are given Jiawei Shegangmahuang prescription,contraster group(n=23) are treated with Theophylline, Ketotifen.Recording symptoms of all patients before and after treating. Furthermore,Observing the change of the index of ventilation function of large(FVC,FEV1) and small airways.Results:(1)The total symptoms of TCM:treaded group' s effect is equivalent to contrasted.(2)After treated 14 days,frequency and degree of cough and throat tickle in treaded group is equivalent to contrasted.(3)Large and small airways function of all patients increase after treatment,there is statistical significance.(4)After treating acidophil in blood of all patients had noticeably decrease.Conclusion:1.Cough variant asthma is a special form of asthma in which cough is the main clinical manifestation.There are lots of error diagnostic of CVA because of obscure symptom.It is hard to differentiate with pharyngitis and bronchitis.As the social develop,industrialized and antibiotic, antihistamine use more and more,incidence of CVA shows an up trend.2.Jiawei Shegangmahuang prescription had undoubted effect ontreating cough variant asthma,its total effect is equivalent to contrasted.And it has evident effect on controlling irritability and inflammation.
