Objective:Observing and analyzing the relationgship of risk factors and Diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:300 cases of the clinical diabetic patients that is from the Foshan region resident population were analyzed retrospectively,All patients had participated in diabetes screening,at the same time accepted Internal medicine and laboratory examination.Ophthalmology examination was mainly direct fundus examination, combined with indirect ophthalmoscopy, fundus photography and fluorescein angiography,DR did not show in the both eyes were as NDR group, eyes any one which appears DR Signs but not PDR were as NPDR group, eyes any one neovascularization appears, vitreous hemorrhage or retinal hemorrhage as PDR group.Using Chi-square test,one-way ANOVA and Logistic regression model to analysis the relationship of DR and risk factors.Result:Through analysis of variance observed in the original method based on the extraction of five public factor, representing the systolic blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, duration, glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAE) and other factors.Logistic regression analysis showed that the DR and the disease duration(OR=4.206,P=0.001), glycosylated hemoglobin(OR=1.330,P=0.001),systolic blood pressure (OR=1.251,P<0.001),cholesterol(OR=1.073,P=0.006) and UAE(OR=1.057,P=0.009) related to such factors as an independent,Proliferative diabeticretinopathy (PDR) with the disease(OR=3.129,P=0.021),systolic blood pressure (OR=1.401,P<0.001),UAE(OR=1.075,P=0.010) and glycosylated hemoglobin (OR=3.433,P=0.014) related to such factors as an independent relationship. Found by comparing the OR value, the OR value of the relevant factors NPDR low followed by the course of disease, glycosylated hemoglobin, systolic blood pressure, cholesterol and UAE,and increase with the degree of DR and a corresponding increase.OR value of the relevant factors PDR followed by glycosylated hemoglobin, duration, systolic blood pressure and UAE, cholesterol have no relationship with PDR,Phlegm and blood stasis in the NDR group,NPDR group and the proportion of PDR group by Chi-square test,X~2 = 17.180, P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Long-duration,high systolic blood pressure, high urinary protein, high glycated hemoglobin and high cholesterol is high risk factor that cause diabetic retinopathy occurred and developed,Phlegm and blood stasis promoted the ocurrence and development of DR,DR-related risk factors is contribute to monitoring and evaluating to prevention and treatment of DR.
