knee Osteoarthritis is common and difficult treatment.Commonly used treatment is to take anti-inflammatory drugs and intra-articular injection of steroid drugs,However,these treatments can only play the role of anti-inflammatory analgesic,the pathological changes of arthritis had no significant role in mitigation,And there will be long-term use of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.With the aging of our society,people's quality of life further enhance the simple operation,safe and inexpensive treatment of knee osteoarthritis has been sought by clinicians.It is long history that Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis,treatment and more convenient,economic,and has been used in many patients.PurposeTo investigate the application of moxibustion treatment of mild-type YangXu HanNing knee osteoarthritis.Methods60 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients,all from the Chinese medicine hospital in Guangzhou in June 2008-March 2009 outpatient and inpatient orthopedics.25 cases of male,35 cases of female,randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of the control group,40-80 years old, average 56.7 years old,the shortest course is three months,the longest course is 22 years,with an average 4.7 years duration.Treatment group with mild moxibustion treatment,the control group supporting him with ointment in the treatment of LAM.Were treated for 15 days.And compare the efficacy of follow-up.Results With the exact effect of mild moxibustion,and the total efficiency of 83.33%,after treatment in patients with knee pain significantly improved, knee walking,the pain of life score and serum CRP concentration significantly lower than that before treatment.After X~2 test or t test,compared before and after treatment with a significant difference(P＜0.01).Moxibustion treatment of moderate knee osteoarthritis,for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis,to provide a new method of treatment.ConclusionBy exploring the etiology,pathogenesis,the efficacy of acupuncture points, we believe that moxibustion can improve mild YangXu HanNing type of osteoarthritis of the knee in patients with clinical symptoms and function, the mechanism to be further explored...
