Clinical Observation About Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Pulmonary Hypertension With The Method Of "Huoxuehuayu"

Objective:1.To summary TCM and modern medicine in recognizing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary hypertension and research progression.2.To observe therapeutic effect of the Method of "Huoxuehuayu" on the treatment of COPD with pulmonary hypertension.Method:1.The literature research:To study the therapeutic effect of Huoxuehuayu with TCM on the treatment of COPD with pulmonary hypertension,through referring to packs of Chinese and foreign literature.2.Clinical research:62 cases of COPD patients with pulmonary hypertension randomly divided into two groups:the therapeutic group and the control group,each with 31 case.Observe the changes of the main symptoms, physical signs and pulmonary artery pressure.Result:The control & excellent effective rate and the total effective rate of the therapeutic group were 57.06%and 83.87%respectively,while 32.26%and 67.74%of the control group.The changes of the main symptoms,physical signs, pulmonary artery pressure in both groups are obviously improve,while there' s remarkable difference between two groups(P＜0.05),indicate that the therapeutic group has ascendancy in therapeutic effect.Conclusion:1.Patients of COPD with pulmonary hypertension generally has "Xueyu". Xueyu is the most important pathogenesy.2.The method of "Huoxuehuayu" can improve the main symptoms,physical signs and pulmonary artery pressure in treating of COPD with pulmonary hypertension.That indicates the method can use in reducing pulmonary artery pressure,it consistent with TCM determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs basic theory.And it has favorable research perspective.
