The Regular Research About TCM Syndrome Of COPD And Respiratory Failure With Mechanical Ventilation

Objective:According to the retrospective clinical study of the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of COPD and respiratory failure with mechanical ventilation,and the relevance of a variety of factors,thereby guiding Chinese medicine treatment of COPD and respiratory failure with mechanical ventilation.Methods:To research on 62 case of COPD and respiratory failure with mechanical ventilation patients with a retrospective clinical study in the last 7 year in our hospital,recording gender,age,place of residence, occupation,the incidence season,duration,the incidence incentives,smoking history,the main clinical manifestations,type Syndrome,blood analysis, blood biochemistry,blood gas analysis,chest film and other information,then perform statistical analysis between Chinese medicine symptoms and index of correlation,and get the preliminary symptoms of of the law of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1,According to the results of this study,the number of patients with a history of smoking was significantly higher than non-smoking patients, patients in the winter and spring due to changes in the weather-induced lung infection leading to acute exacerbation of respiratory failure。2,The distribution of the main dialectical is phlegm blocking orifices type, accounting for 48.4%,followed by phlegm-damp become heat,obstructing the lung type,accounting for 28.0%.3,The WBC,NEU%of phlegm-damp become heat,obstructing the lung type was significantly higher than Other 3 types.4,The spleen-kidney yang deficiency,retained fluid attacking heart type in HGB,HCT,Na,Cl was significantly lower than phlegm-damp become heat, obstructing the lung type and phlegm blocking orifices type,Compared with the yang micro-stricken type,there was no significantly differences;and the PH,HCO₃^- were significantly higher than Other 3 types.5,The phlegm blocking orifices type in PaCO₂,PaO₂ was significantly higher than phlegm-damp become heat,obstructing the lung type and yang micro-stricken type.6,The yang micro-stricken type in HGB,HCT,Na,Cl was significantly lower than phlegm-damp become heat,obstructing the lung type and phlegm blocking orifices type,Compared with the spleen-kidney yang deficiency,retained fluid attacking heart type,there was no significantly differences7,The yang micro-stricken type on the longestdrive,the low success rate of offline,and poor prognosis.Conclusions:In COPD and respiratory failure with mechanical ventilation patients,the distribution of the main dialecticai is phlegm blocking orifices type,in the blood analysis,blood biochemistry,blood gas analysis has a certain relevance,the yang micro-stricken type on the longest drive,the low success rate of offline,and poor prognosis.
