Study On Distribution Rule Of Syndromes About Endometriosis With Infertilityin Traditional Chinese Medicine

Background:Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease that endometrium(glands and mesenchymal) with growing power appears outside the uterine cavity and myometrium.Endometriosis,commonly found in reproductive age women(most between 25 years old and 45 years old),its incidence(10%～15%) has increased in recent years.In histology,Endometriosis is benign,but it expresses malignant behavior,such as hyperplasia,infiltration,metastasis and recurrence.About 40%～60%endometriosis patients associated with infertility, it has great influence on the life quality of women.The mechanism of EM with infertility has not been found out.There are some deficiencies on the therapy of this disease,while Chinese medicine has a good effect on this disease. There is no general radiotherapy standard or treatment plan,so it influences the clinical efficacy to a certain extent.Discuss the etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis,symptom distribution and regulate treatment based on syndrome differentiation from the perspective of Chinese medicine could play the advantage of macroscopic syndrome differentiation.It also provides the thought of prevention by discussing the etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis.Objective:It can provide good theoretical basis for the establishing of syndrome differentiation standard and the clinical studies by Collecting the clinical symptoms,physical sign and medical history of infertile patients with EM, studying the distribution rule of TCM syndromes and recognizing the etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis.Methods:Choosing the infertile patients with EM who were treated in No.1 Affiliated Hospital of TCM,use the designed information-collecting table and clinical epidemiology study method.Then analyze the data on clinical symptoms,physical signs and laboratory examination by testing,describing the data.Results:Firstly,the etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of EM with infertility are united.The basic pathogenesis of this disease is the stagnant blood block the uterus and the Chong and Ren channels.The etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of blood-stasis syndrome about this disease is the dysfunction of Qi and Blood.The basic cause of the dysfunction of Qi and Blood about EM with infertility is the function of Zang-fu imbalance.Secondly,the types of TCM syndromes in EM with infertility can be primarily concluded.The results of this investigation show that the basic pathogenesis of EM with infertility is the stagnant blood block.The basic syndrome of this disease is blood-stasis syndrome.There are four main types of TCM syndromes, having the similarity as authority literature but also some differences.Every type is not solitude and immutable,there are some interaction and transformation between these four types.Thirdly,it has a relation between the distribution rule of TCM syndromes in EM with infertility and ages,pelvis operation history,abortionConclution:This investigation shows that the main types of TCM syndromes in EM with infertility include four main types and it has a relation between the distribution rule and ages,pelvis operation history,abortion.
