The Study Of Health Services Providers And Cooperation Model

It's always a matter of concern by National Governments that how and who to provide Medical and health service. But none of the single Medical and health service provider is the best, only through effective cooperation between the providers can provide a more efficient health services. Unfortunately, the research of health services providers and cooperation model is sorely lacking in China. Thus the research on this theme is even more practical significance when health care reform in our country is facing an important change in the direction of the special moments.This paper consists of the following five parts. Part 1: This part introduced the study of the academic background and current situation of the whole article. And this part defines the research framework and research method.Part 2: This part is the analysis for health services providers. This part focus on describing the role of the Government, Market, the third section as the health services providers and then analyses every provider's advantages and limitations According to the characteristics of its own.Part 3: This part builds the foundation of the framework for the cooperation model of health services providers. This part determines the mode of design that must be followed by a qualification though constructing three dimensions including the attribute of health services, the status quo and development of national requirements, to minimize the cost. And then it confirms the correctness and practical significance of the foundation according to practical experience of medical and health services provider cooperation in Western countries.Part 4: This part establishes Effective assessment criteria for the cooperation model of Health Services Providers. The assessment criteria have three dimensions including Macro-target selection, Balance, Micro-Public demand. According to The assessment criteria further clarify the issue that should be paid attention and to avoid of the model design.Part 5: This part designs the framework of the health services providers' cooperation model. The framework has two dimensions including level and Region. First, it should be according to the level of medical and health services into the basic framework established, then based on this analysis to make sure the distribution of the providers in the cooperation model though identifying regional differences. At last, according to the assessment criteria verify the effectiveness of cooperation model.Based on the analysis of medical and health service providers, the article, through the establishment of the foundation and the assessment criteria, set up the basic framework of the health services providers' cooperation model at this stage in our country. The framework has innovative and practical significance and also represents a useful effort to the current health care reform in China.
