Study On Policy For Saving Children Affected By AIDS Of XinJiang Province

In recent years, AIDS is becoming a public health problem in the world at the same time, a variety of social problems caused by AIDS also are increasing, aiding children affected by AIDS is one of them. Governments around the world have also been efforts to develop the implementation of policies for relief work about children affected by AIDS.In this paper, a high incidence of AIDS which occours at one of the Chinese city of Yining in Xinjiang region is to study. Frstly , through the use of literature analysis and case analysis the definition of "children affected by AIDS" is done, and on the basic situation of the AIDS epidemic in National and Yining City, as well as it of children affected by AIDS, on the combination of China's central and local government policies for children affected by AIDS-related case studies, such as proof at home or abroad, the author hope to make some reference for AIDS-affected children's aid policy-makers of Yining City, and provide some help for the promotion of the work for saving the Children affected by AIDS in national.
