The Analysis Of Voice Parameters On Benign Vocal Cords Lesions Before And After Operation

Objective:Vocal nodules,polyp of vocal cord and chronic laryngitis are common benign vocal cords lesions,with the development of phoniarrics,researchers found that many acoustic parameters(such as Jitter,Shimmer,NNE and HNR,etc.) had obvious difference between patients with vocal cord lesion and people with normal voice.Present reasearch starts with acoustic parameters,explore the difference of them between patients with vocal cord lesion and people with normal voice,to provide theoretical basis for clinical applicating quantitative evaluation of voice on the detection of postoperative patients with benign vocal cords lesions,and establish the diagnosis model of vocal nodules,polyp of vocal cord and chronic laryngitis,so it can give evidence for using acoustic parameters to diagnose or antidiastole.Methods:60 patients with benign vocal cords lesions were chosen as treatment group,30 female normal persons used as the control group of patients with vocal nodules,30 male normal persons used as the control group of patients with polyp of vocal cord and chronic laryngitis.The acoustic parameters of all cases above were detected when preoperation and each week after operation for 4 weeks,and all the parameters were analyzed statistically.Results:1.The acoustic parameters of patients with vocal nodules,polyp of vocal cord and chronic laryngitis have obvious difference with the control group,and the situation of recovery after operation was different..2.Using the acoustic parameters of normal persons and patients with vocal nodules,polyp of vocal cord,chronic laryngitis,we can establish the diagnosis model for the situation above,and 87.5%of original grouped cases were correctly classified,83.8%of cross-validated grouped cases were correctly classified.Conclusion1:The situation of recovery after operation was different among patients with vocal nodules, polyp of vocal cord and chronic laryngitis,when establishing the effect standard,the classification of diease should be considered in.2:Through the analysis of acoustic parameters,we established the diagnosis model,Diagnosis model about all dieases with vocal cord can be established.
