Objective:To assess and compare the spring and fall,the Han people hair growth parameters.Materials and Methods:1.Study:18-50-year-old Han volunteers 60 cases(30 cases among men and women).2.The past did not accept hair,perm,such as treatment of this study informed consent.3.Using PTG assessment of hair at the vertex of the first,temporal,occipital hair growth parameters(hair density,hair growth rate and the proportion of quiescent period),spring and fall,once the assessment.4.All results using Stata 7.0 statistical software at the vertex of the scalp and the temporal,occipital comparison between the hair growth parameters using analysis of variance(Residual Normality),or rank transformation test(residual non-normality),sex,Seasonal comparison using t test(homogeneity of variance) or rank sum test(variance arrhythmia),P<0.05 indicated statistical difference.Results:1.At the top of the density of hair density were higher than the temporal and occipital(P<0.0001),temporal and occipital there is no significant difference compared;gender comparison in the spring,male hair density is 143±17 root/cm2 than 120±11 female root/cm2(P<0.0001),men and women in the autumn there is no significant difference in hair density(P=0.6151);the spring season were relatively hair density of 132±18 root/ cm2,the fall to 118±15/cm2,spring hair density was significantly higher than in autumn(P=0.0004).2.The proportion of parts of the quiescent period was no significant difference (P=0.1925);gender relatively quiescent period in the autumn the proportion of females 22.1±7.1%higher than that of men 17.6±8.7%.; The fall season is relatively quiescent period the proportion of 19.8±8.2% higher than the spring,16.4±4.5%.3.At the top of the hair growth rate in the spring and autumn(492±65μm/day;483±31μm/day) are the three parts of the slowest,temporal and occipital no significant difference compared;male hair growth rate of 511±39μm/day in the spring than females 496±53μm/day;spring,the fall of the hair growth rate was no significant difference(P=0.4845).Conclusion:1.The present study,vertex is three positions for the highest density of hair density in men than women,the spring than the fall of hair density;2.Quiescent period in fall is higher than the spring;3.Hair at vertex of the slowest growth rate in the spring is the growth rate of males than females.Chinese Library Classification:R758.71...
