Objective: To explore the meaning of preeclampsia pregnant women’s high bodymass index, is there any relationship between Maternal body mass index and neonatalbirth weight. To investigate the difference between patients with preeclampsia andnormal pregnant women in coagulation indexes and blood routine parameters. Methods: Selected120women in late pregnancy to the obstetric inpatient’s room inJanuary2007to December2011in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian MedicalUniversity, including60patients with preeclampsia (30mild preeclampsia,30severepreeclampsia); Selected60normal pregnant women (control group). Calculate bodymass index of120pregnant women and detect hemagglutination and routine blood testbefore treated. The body mass index for body weight (kg)/height (m)2. Study highBMI and preeclampsia, as well as the calculation of pre-eclampsia maternal body massindex and neonatal birth weight, the four epileptic patients with clotting activated partialthromboplastin time(APTT), prothrombin time(PT), fibrinogen(FIB), internationalnormalized ratio(INR)and hemoglobin(HB),hematocri(tHCT),mean platelet volume(MPV) for statistical date analysis, Exploring the relationship between therelationship between high BMI of the pregnant women with preeclampsia andpreeclampsia prenatal BMI and birth weight and coagulation indexes and blood routineparameters.Results:1.Compared with normal BMI patients, high BMI patients are more likely to havepreeclampsia, and the difference was statistically significant. The high BMI in patientswith preeclampsia risk is2.51times the normal BMI patients.2.There is correlation between preeclampsia patients’ prenatal BMI and birthweight, correlation index is0.268,both got a linear relationship, the regression equationwas:fetal weight=28.941BMI+2564.156. 3.Compared with normal patients with no complications, patients withpreeclampsia APTT,FIB are lower than the normal third trimester women with nocomplications(P<0.05),INR value are higher than the normal third trimester women(P<0.05),there are significantly difference between three groups in APTT、 PT、FIBand INR4.There is no statistically significant difference in HB、HCT and MPV.Conclusions:Obese women are more prone to preeclampsia, fetal weight andpreeclampsia in patients with prenatal BMI of relevance. There is a big impact on theoutcome of preeclampsia in pregnancy on maternal and perinatal. We can guidancepregnant women to control weight gain in the prevention of preeclampsia occurs.Through thisquick and easy way to check on the clinical understanding of gestational hypertension inpatients with blood coagulation, is conducive to judge the severity of the disease, determine the status of preeclampsia in patients with prothromotic changes, attention toits hypercoagulable tendency and development of DIC trend and treatment plan willprovide some help.
