| Purpose: This topic is intended to utilize TWP spray's effect on asthma guinea pig,by investigating it's affection on asthma guinea pig syndrome and scores on lung histopathology, evaluating the therapy function of TWP spray on asthma guinea pig's Pulmonary inflammatory response, in order to provide theoretic evidence for TWP spray's practical use.Method: Sixty common Hartley guinea pig, half male and half female, they were fed separately for a week on the same condition, and fed with Pellet Feed normally. And then they were divided into five groups at random, with twelve rats in each group, half male and female. They were set as①Model control group②Positive control group③High-dose group of TWP spray④Medium dose group of TWP spray⑤Low-dose group of TWP spray. Use 2ml Saline solution of ovalbumin ten percent intraperitoneal injection to make model in each group, begin to give them medicine after it was made successfully and do this for 16 days continuously. Induced asthma by saline solution of ovalbumin one percent inhalation for six minutes. Then investigate the latency when the rats had difficulty in breathing and when they died, and remark on lung histopathology.Result:breathing in TWP spray at the concentration of 1.93, 0.64,0.21mg/ml can protect 6/10,8/11,7/10 animals dying from asthmatic reaction, incubation period of asthma was prolonged.(P<0.01orP<0.05).As the remark shows, each drug group control the degree of inflammation of the lungs of asthmatic guinea pigs to some extent, but the medium dose group of TWP spray has the best treatment.Conclusion: TWP spray could balance the breath by suppressing the immune and controlling the allergic inflammation of the trachea.
