The Research Of Effect Of Yang Xin Grains On LDH In Serum Of Rats Treated With Mi/Ri Operation

Objective:Observe the effects of Yang Xin Grains on content of LDH in serum and myocardial injured size in rats treated with MI/RI operation,and investigate the mechanism of preventing MI/RI to provide the reliable theory for using the drug on MI/RI.Methods:Forty Wistar rats were divided into four groups:sham-operated group(sham group),MI/RI group,Yang Xin Grains group and Compound Danshen pills group.After one week lavage,the MI/RI model was established by iigating the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery in rats being similar to humans for 30min,and then carrying on reperfusion for 60min.Observe the change of ECG of rats,test the contents of LDH,and calculate the percentage of injured part in the whole ventricle with NBT staining method.Results:Yang Xin Grains can mitigate the content of LDH in serum of rats treated with MI/RI operation.Compared with MI/RI group,the statistic result is obviously significant(P＜0.05).Furthermore,Compared with MI/RI group,Yang Xin Grains can reduce the myocardial injured size in MI/RI rats,of which the statistic result is obviously significant(P＜0.05).The same as Yang Xin Grains,Compound Danshen pills group has the same effect.However,the statistic result of Danshen pills group in comparison with Yang Xin Grains has no significance(P＞0.05)Conelusion:Yang Xin Grains has obvious effect on MI/RI in rats,and it can mitigate the content of LDH.
