The Comparative Study On The Extracting Methods For Effective Components Of Rumex Gmelini

Rumex gmelini Turcz is classified as Rumex(Polygonaceae).Its root and rhizome have been used for antifungal,antitumor,antitussive and expectrant, antiasthma,antivirus and antioxid-ation.Chemistry analysis results indicated that the root contain stilbenes such as resveratrol,polydatin,anthroquinone and flavonoids.To make a scientific and reasonable extaction technology,qualify the efficiency of extraction, exploit and utilize the resorce of this medical plants,the results as follows.The experiment adopt orthogonal experimental design to study the best extractiong technology.It use HPLC to measure resveratrol glucoside,resveratrol,chrysoretin,musizin,emodin,chrysophanol,physcion of Rumex gmelini Turcz and rate of creaming,select optimal extracting conditions.In the experiment we adopt the traditional soxhlet extraction method,compound enzyme method,the method of extracting protoplast to study and contrast the chararter of these methods.The experiment also explore the feasibility of extracting proplast method.In the study process of extracting Rumex gmelini Turcz root and root bark effective components,the effect of compound enzyme method is better than the traditional soxhlet extraction method,and the effect of traditional soxhlet extraction method is better than the method of extracting protoplast.On the convertion of resveratrol glucoside to resveratrol,compound enzyme method and the method of extracting protoplast both implement convertion.But on the convertion rate,compound enzyme method is better than the method of extracting protoplast.In the study process of extracting Rumex gmelini Turcz leaf effective components,the effect of the method of extracting protoplast is better than compound enzyme method,and the effect of compound enzyme method is better than the traditional soxhlet extraction method.The experiment utilizes three diffirent methods to extract the effective components of Rumex gmelini Turcz,and compares the character of three diffirent methods. At the same time,the experiment explores the feasibility of extracting proplast method,and establish the foundation for making the quality control standard of Rumex gmelini Turcz and exploiting new drug.At the same time,the experiment provides a new thought for extracting the traditional chinese medicine.
