| Rumex gmelini Turcz.belongs to the family of Polygonaceae. Its root has been used for antifungal, antitumor, antitussive, antiasthma, antivirus and antioxidation. The secondary metabolites were obtained by fermentation from 278 endophytic fungi of different regions in Rumex gmelini Turcz.,and HPLC method was used to screen different constituents from endophytic fungi. At the same time similarity analysis of samples of secondary metabolites was carried out. With nine kinds of control constituents including resveratrol、polydatin nepodin-8-O-β-D-glc.emodin.rhein.chrysophanol、chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glc、physcion and aloe-emodin as reference,we screened out some endophytic fungi with the secondary metabolites of reference substance, and determine the content of them. This method of experimental analysis was accurate and fast, and it was applicable to metabolites research of endophytic fungi form Rumex gmelini Turcz. We selected forty-four strains which have the same or the similar secondary metabolites to their host. The environment influence species distribution, but also affects the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi.Secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi which were selected from the same area or the same production environment are similar. Thus we can further infer that secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi have close association with the environment. From forty-four strains of endophytic fungi we screened out thirty strains with the same chemical composition of-Rumex gmelini, four strains of fungi contain emodin, three strains contain rhein, six strains contain chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glc,six strains contain aloe-emodin,eleven strains contain nepodin-8-O-β-D-glc and some contain polydatin, among these fungus the content of each strains was high.In addition to reference substance, some endophytic fungi still have other same or dif-ferent unknown component with their host plants, and in some fungus they were at high content,It still need further research to identify them. The results of these studies can offer the theoretic guide to develop the resources of the endophytic fungi isolated from Rumex gmelini Turcz.,and provide a basis for future large-scale fermentation. |
