The Influence Of Fufangfeiji Decoction To Lewis Lung Cancer Mouse's Cathepsin B Expression

Objective:To observe the influence of Fufangfeiji Decoction,and combination chemotherapy on Lewis lung cancer mouse model's effect of Cathepsin B expression.To probe the mechanism of Fufangfeiji Decoction restrain lung cancer mouse.Method:Adopt the Lewis lung cancer cell serial subcultivation transfer to C57 mouse to build a mold,125 C57 BL/6Nxxdy males mouse is random devided into 5 sets:blank group,model group,Chinese material medica group, DDP group and Chinese material medica combination DDP group,so there were 25 mouses in each group,giving respectively the Chinese herbal medicine intragastric administration orperitoneal injection with DDP expect blank group.Then we use HE staining and Immunohistochemistry to measurement expression of cathepsin B,to compute the ratio on Fufangfeiji Decoction inhibition the lung cancer.Result:1.There were higher effect of inhibition in combination DDP group,which were obviously higher than Chinese material medica group and DDP group,and there was signtificant deviation in the comparison (P＜0.01).But the inhibition effect of Chinese material medica group was lower in DDP set,which showed significant deviation(P＜0.05).2.Compared with blank group,there was more higher cathepsion B expression in model group,and show significant deviation(P＜0.01);the expression of cathepsin B of group,DDP group,Chinese material medica combination DDP group obviously low in model group,was learned by statistical approach has already shown obviously difference(P＜0.01);Chinese material medica group and DDP group is close by,do not show difference(P＞0.05),But cathepsin B expression was much lower in Chinese material medica combination DDP group of obviously low in DDP group,has already shown obviously difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion: 1.Fufanfeiji Decoction have already inhibit the lung cancer function to the Lewis lung cancer mouse,and with chemotherapy medicine suitable for use have the trend that the obvious to build up chemotherapy the effect of inhibit the lung cancer.2.Fufanfeiji Decoction impact the expression of cathepsin B;Fufanfeiji Decoction may rivalry play a role in invasion and metastasis of the Lewis lung cancer mouse.
