| Objective:Through the therapy of tonifying kidney and increasing liver to cure hepatic and renal yin deficiency of puerperal nephropathy, investigate clinical curative effect of this therapy and decoction of this therapy,and provide evidence for prevention and treatment of puerperal nephropathy.Methods:Clinical observation of postpartum liver-kidney-yin deficiency 30 patients with chronic nephropathy,pre- and after treatment urinary protein,urine red blood cells,blood pressure,changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of points and the overall efficacy analysis are observed and recorded,use statistical methods to analyze all the difference in indicators pre-and after treatment.Results:1.With regard to reduction of Chinese medicine syndromes of points, the decoction of tonifying kidney and increasing live can improve clinical outcomes in patients with postpartum nephropathy,compare pre- and after treatment with(paired T test),P<0.05,difference significant.2.With regard to improvement of urinary protein,the decoction of tonifying kidney and increasing live can improve urinary protein,efficacy rate is 83.333%.3.The Decoction of tonifying kidney and increasing live can reduce sediment red blood cells,compare pre- and after treatment with(paired T test),P<0.05,difference significant.4.With regard to depressurization,the Decoction of tonifying kidney and increasing live can combine with basic depressurization therapy to steadily control patients' blood pressure,compare pre- and after treatment with(paired T test),P<0.05,difference significant.Conclusion:clinical study show that:1.The curative effect of the therapy of tonifying kidney and increasing liver is significant,notably improve clinical symptom,the level of Urine protein and red corpuscle of urine,to cut down blood pressure.2.The decoction of tonifying kidney and increasing liver is an effective treatment for postpartum nephropathy,it is worth to be promoted and further studied.
