The Clinical Study On Chronic Pilvic Inflammatory Disease Treated With Danyuan San

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Dan Yuan San on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. And to provide a convient and effective Chinese medicine for the patient .Methods: We randomly elect 169 case CPID patients whose age from 20 to 48 year in Heilongjiang Chinese medicine university appertained NO. one hospital -based outpatient experting gynecological clinic, according to the diagnostic standard of western medicine about CPID and traditional medicine about CPID , adopt traditional medicine syndrome scoring table and physical sign scoring table to appraise the condition , and make a clinical observation of the curative effect on the fore-and-aft treatment.Result: The investigation manifest that there is statistic significance in total effective between the fore-and-aft treatment's to improve the integrated syndrome and region physical sign of CPID patient . Clinical effect: the effective rates of the fore-and-aft treatment's symptoms are 91.12%. The effective rates of signs are 91.12%. The total effective rates are 95.86%.Conclusion: Danyuan San is effective in the treatment of chroic pelvic inflammatory disease. It is worth further researching and widely using on clinic.
