Purpose:Retrospective study the overall effect of musk injection and myeloid drilling core decompression and bone graft therapy avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and effective follow-up of cases different stages, different age groups, different etiologies, and different pathological changes of comparative efficacy, sum up experience, provides an objective basis for treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods:First of all provisions the inclusion standards and the exclusion criteria, from September 2006 to October 2008,the use of ANFH patients with myeloid drilling core decompression and bone graft therapy for the treatment of 47 patients, and discharge after completion of a continuous follow-up of patients,a total of 36 cases of 42 hips.In all cases after a month,3 months,6 months later, after every three month follow-up time, followed up of 6 to 24 months, average 12.1 months, including review of medicalexamination,X-ray and MRI of hip, including follow-up visit, telephone and aquestionnaire survey, completed on the scheduled observed data collection.Clinical evaluation of reference at the end of the Harris hip score system features a score of comparison:the overall effect of the treatment was excellent, and the different stages of femoral head necrosis, age, location, duration and cause of Clinical distinction. Imaging evaluation, based on the preoperative and postoperative X-ray and MRI,and other imaging information, and the contrast of the femoral head necrosis area before and after changes in the evaluation of the treatment of avascular necrosis of intervention effects. And the different stages, age, location, duration and cause of the clinical effect of a statistical analysis, testing different groups observed whether there is a significant difference,in order to make further analysis and conclusions. Results:Clinical evaluation of overall excellent clinical effective 71.4%, 88.1%.Ficat stageⅢ:one of six,hip 16.7%stageⅡ,28,hip is allergic,Ⅰhip 8,87.5%,comparative analysis showed Harris stageⅡscores significantly better in phaseⅢ,ⅡandⅢ,P<0.05,statistical significance,ⅠandⅡ,P>0.05 compared,no statistical significance, Age:18-35 hip, group was 19,35-50 years old group 81.3%,hip and over 50 group, hips, and excellent 28.6 35~50 group with over 50 group,P<0.05,statistical significance,18-35 years old group and 35-50 years old group(P>0.05),and no statistical significance, Position:19 hip, medial type, type and hip was excellent, the type, the eight hip 73.3%,excellent effect between three groups 50.0%,P<0.05,were statistically significant,Duration:1 year 10 hip,90.0%, 1~4 years, the rate 81.0%twenty-one hips,4 years, the rate was reported by 36.4%11 hip, duration within 1 year,1~4 years and 4 years group,P<0.01 significant statistical significance,Within 1 year of 1~4 years and group,P<0.05,statistical significance,Cause: trauma, hormone and hip 8 hip, alcohol and other 10 hip,hip,75.0% rate respectively, and 71.4%,70.0%themselves,4 groups(P>0.05 compared between,no statistical significance. Conclusion:Adopted musk injection and myeloid drilling core decompression and bone graft therapy avascular necrosis of the femoral head with less trauma, fewer sequels, effective and advantages, especially Ficat stageⅠandⅡ,for the age group under 50 years of age, duration shorter, medial necrosis site for the effect of significantly, but the effect of different causes no significant difference.
