The Observation Of Clinical Theraoeutic Effect About Fuxinmaifang Treat Bradyarrhythmia

Objective:Observation of FXM symptoms therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine for heart rate(including dECG average heart rate,dECG fastest heart rate,dECG the slowest heart rate,dECG total heart rate,calm heart rate),the effects of the impact on blood lipids and safety observation.Method:Clinical observation of 54 cases of patients with bradyarrhythmia,using randomized controlled methods were divided into two groups,32 cases of the treatment group,24 cases of the control group. Treatment group given to FXM treatment,the control group given Xinbao treatment,to observe treatment before and after the clinical symptoms and laboratory changes.Result:Chinese medicine symptoms of the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.33%;control group,the total effective rate was 70.83%,the two groups were significantly different(P＜0.05);treatment group main symptoms such as palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath fatigue,dizziness,ringing in the ears,lips cyanosis are the total effective rate of over 90%,with the exception of fatigue shortness of breath were significantly better than the control group(P＜0.05);the two groups are able to raise the heart rate in patients with dECG average,dECG fastest heart rate,dECG the slowest heart rate,dECG total heart rate(P＜0.05) after treatment show that the comparative analysis,dECG indicators of improvement than those in the control group(P＜0.01-0.001);medication 1-4W calm patients with the treatment group than the control group,heart rate increased significantly,there are significant differences(P＜0.05-0.01); 2W after the control group,no significant increase in the treatment group and there is still a slow increase in heart rate that the treatment group than the control group to increase the role of strong and solid;before and after treatment compared to treatment group on serum lipids significantly lower (P＜0.05-0.01);control group,although a downward trend after treatment, but no significant difference(P＞0.05);after treatment compared two groups of serum lipids were significantly different(P＜0.05);before and after treatment two groups of liver and kidney function,no significant blood abnormality(P＞0.05),urine,they are a normal routine.Conclusion:1 The application of randomized controlled study on the FXM treatment bradyarrhythmia have a positive effect,can cure or improve the clinical symptoms and improve quality of life in patients;2 FXM can enhance heart rate of the patients of bradyarrhythmia, include 24-hour total heart rate,the fastest heart rate,the slowest heart rate and average heart rate;3 FXM possess correcting lipid metabolism disorder to the patients of bradyarrhythmia,and reduced the patients with hyperlipidemia total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein;4 The safe observation of FXM not found adverse reactions,showing the meaning of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bradyarrhythmia advantages and potential for further clinical and experimental study.
