| Objective: Objective to study from the clinical angle the effect of Shenshuai1hao fang Treating Chronic Renal Failure(CRF), and try to find the mechanism. Methods: 60 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups, including Shenshuai1hao fang therapy group 30 cases and Niaoduqing particles control group 30 cases. Both the two groups were treated with western medicine,a month for a course of treatment, taking two consecutive treatment. Observe its curative effect and the influence on indexes such as patient's renal function, hemoglobin, serum albumin, urinary protein quantitation, blood lipid, coagulation, etc. and the adverse reaction. Result: Shenshuai1hao fang can effectively improve Chinese medicine card of the patient(P<0.05), improve renal function (P<0.01), raise hemoglobin(P<0.05), reduce the albumen ration of the 24-hour urine (P<0.01), raise the Serum albumin (P<0.05) , reduce blood lipids(P<0.05), improve the hypercoagulable state(P<0.05), The total efficiency is 86.67% which is superior to the control group which is 60.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion: Through overall conditioning, multi-target block chronic renal function depleted progress of course of disease, Shenshuai1hao fang can improve clinical symptom, protect the remaining nephron, improve organism immunity, make patient's life quality improved, and delay the time into the dialysis treatment. There is no significant adverse reaction, the decoction is a safe and effective prescription to treat Chronic renal failure .
