The Research Of Curative Effect And Mechanism On Rat Models Of Insulin Resistance Of Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus By Yisulin

This paper is composed of two parts,which are experimental study and theoretical study.The experimental study firstly duplicated model rats of insulin resistance of type two diabetes mellitus successfully,which were raised on a low dose of strepozotocin injected into the vein of rat's tail and a high caloric diet followed. Then,the rats divided into three groups:model group, Yisuling capsule group and Avandia group, the other ten healthy rats are control group, measured the influence of Yisuling capsule on insulin resistance by insulin-sensitivity index, and to explored the mechanism from the influences of Yisuling capsule on blood sugar ,avoirdupois, lipodystrophy, hemodynamics, level of TNF-α,GK,GLUT4,PEPCK. Experiment one detected the avoirdupois content,blood sugar content ,blood lipid content, insulin in blood serum of experimental rats. Experiment two detected TNF-αexpression in adipose tissue of experimental rats and expression level of GLUT 4 in skeletal muscle of experimental rats,expression level of GK and PEPCK in the liver cell of experimental rats .The result showed that Insulin capsule could increase the insulin sensitivity of model rat of insulin resistance of typeⅡdiabetes mellitus by decreasing its blood sugar,decreasing its avoirdupois,improving its lipodystrophy and hemodynamics , increasing its GLUT4 translocation of skeletal muscle cell,increasing expression level of GK in liver cell, increasing expression level of PEPCK and decreasing level of TNF-αexpression in adipose tissue.The second part of theoretical study is consisted of seven parts which are related to the contents of animal experimental study, including the relation of modle rats insulin resistance of type two diabetes mellitus, the state of study on mechanism of insulin resistance, treatment to insulin resistance,the makeup of Yisuling, mechanism of Yisuling...
