Through the experiment, methods of extracting Octacosanol from the beeswax and O / W Octacosanol emulsion were established. At the same time, effects of different food additives on their emulsion stability were studied in detail.1. Through the single-factor test, we explored and determined the optimal extraction parameters of Octacosanol. Also the factors and levels of orthogonal test were obtained by the experimental results of single-factor test.According to orthogonal experiment and variance analysis, the results indicated that extraction time of 50min, extraction temperature of 70℃, the amount of extractant for 150mL, the amount of distilled water for 75mL. In the condition, the value of crude alcohol was 42.89%, containing 15.35% octacosanol.2. The best purification process parameters are: solid-liquid ratio of 1:15 selection, re-crystallization temperature of 20℃, solvent chloroform / n-hexane (3:1), crystallization Octacosanol 6 times more content to increase quickly, with the increase in the number of crystallization, octacosanol content also increased, but much slower than the beginning. Experiment also proved that if use two kinds of solvent alternately to re-crystallize, for example, firstly using n-hexane to crystallize three times, and then trichloromethane to crystallize two times, and last the n-hexane two times,it can be more than 80% of the pure, but the Octacosanol yielded very small. 35℃repeated crystallization: crystals of content and filtrate Octacosanol Octacosanol content in all with the increase in the number of crystallization and decrease ,the possible reasons may be that the Octacosanol is more difficult to crystallize at the Advanced Triacontanol conditions, which is more easy access to filtrate than the higher than 28 carbon crystallization. Under 35℃repeated crystallization through the crystal can be effectively separated to remove more than 28 crystals in advanced Triacontanol carbon.3. Oil-soluble emulsifier Span 80 with water-soluble emulsifier of Tween 80 composite can made the Octacosanol undissolve in water into to emulsifier of O / W.Taking 0.6% xan than gum , 0.2% CMC, 0.4% Arabic gum as compound stabilizer, afterprocessing pressures 20-35 MPa,temperature 70 degree Celsius, under high shear rate of 15×103 r / min for 25min, emulsion Octacosanol was stabilized .Because of adding few of the ivory white emulsion octacosano with little emulgent taste into sport-beverage ,drink's mouth feels and transparency were not affected.The low density of monovalent cation and divalent metal ions upgrade emulsion octacosanol's stability, and vice versa.Meanwhile the low density of sugar and organic acid increased emulsion octacosano's stability, and vice versa.
