| 1.ObjectiveTo observe and evaluate the clinical effects of Capsule Gong Xuening on promoting involution of uterus and preventing anomalo-childbed,which can supply more information of selection for clinical treatment.2.Methods2.1.Research objectLying-in women were selected from Apr,2008 to Feb,2009 in department of obstetrics of Wuhan Pu' ai hospital,263 lying-in women chosen by adoption standards were randomly divided into two groups,140 patients were enrolled into experimental group(normal labor 41,cesaren section 99),123 patients were enrolled into control group(normal labor 37,cesaren section 86).2.2.Treatment and experimental methodsLying-in women of normal labor in experimental group were administered immediately after parturition,those of cesaren section group were administered at 6 hours after parturition,they were administered Capsule Gong Xuening(made in Yun Nan Baiyao Group Limited Company),two pills,PO,Tid,6 days constituting one course, for one course of treatment.Lying-in women of control group were not administered Capsule Gong Xuening.To observe the volume of blood from 2 huors to 72 hours after parturition.After lying-in women entered the hospital room, sanitary napkins and tissue papers were weighed and subtracted self-weight,1.05g augmentative weight is equivalent to 1ml volume of blood.Height of fundus were measured everyday,blood pigment and white cells were checked while leaving hospital,those patients were followed up by telephone regularly after discharge,and the total time of lochia was recorded.Specialty doctors were responsible for the return visits to those patients at 42 days after parturition.2.3.Curative effect index:quantity of lochia,time of lochia,the descend degree of fundus of uterus,haematoglobin,the index of white cells and body temperature.2.4.Statistical treatmentTo utilize SPSS 11.5 software,measurement data used t test, enumeration data used x~2 test,p value greater than 0.05 indicated no significant difference,p value less than 0.05 indicated significant difference,p value less than 0.01 indicated highly significant difference.3.Results3.1.Compared with control group,the volume of blood from 2 huors to 72 hours in experimental group after parturition was less than obviously those of control group(P＜0.05),through statistical treatment,the mean of quantity of red lochia was(169.24±31.25) ml from 2 huors to 72 hours in normal labor experimental group after parturition,control group(183.45±29.46)ml,cesaren section experimental group(178.96±29.78)ml,control group(198.46±45.68)ml.3.2.Compared with control group,through statistical treatment, the total time of lochia in experimental group was shorter significantly than those of control(P＜0.05).3.3.Compared with control group,the descend degree of fundus of uterus in experimental group was faster than those of control group at the same time(P＜0.05).3.4.Compared with control group,when discharged from hospital,the quntity of hemoglobin and platelet of experimental group was significantly higher than control group while the WBC significantly less.3.5.Except breasts,all organs of patients recoveried completely in experimental group on 42 days after parturition,4 patients were delayed cured because of persistence lochia.4.ConclusionWe can get conclusion that Capsule Gong Xuening can remove damp-heat,subdhing swelling and detoxicating,remove blood stasis and relieve pain,cool blood to stop bleeding,also can contract utuerus,anti-inflammatory,tonifying blood and arresting bleeding, no side effect,it is safe and reliable in clinical application.
