Vascular Cognitive Impairment-related Organs In Chinese Medicine Research

Objective:Organs to be functional by studying,understanding vascular cognitive impairment in patients with the presence of organ dysfunction,with a view to the adoption of the Chinese medicine organs(single or multiple organs) conditioning to improve vascular cognitive impairment patients.Method:In accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select stroke patients,patients with a detailed record of their sex,age,diagnosis,imaging and TOM Syndrome;acute phase after stroke,using the form of a telephone survey of all stroke cases included in the initial screening,screening norms to neuro behavioral cognitive status of the test scale(NCSE) and the transformation-based,select the VCI diagnosed patients with and without VCI stroke patients with vascular dementia according to differentiation Syndromes Scale,recorded two groups of the Syndrome Differentiation Comprehensive number of database,use EpiData3.0 Construction,Analysis data with SPSSll.5 software Chi-square test.Results: This study collected 36 cases of patients with VCI,VCI-free 45 cases of stroke patients,results showed that patients with VCI and VCI essence deficiency diagnosis of stroke in patients with the highest consideration,VCI patients less the number of combined VCI card patients.Conclusion:The syndromes of deficiency of kidney essence,obstruction of Phlegm,block of blood stasis in collaterals and deficiency of qi and blood affected cognition comprehensively.They are main manifestation of VD syndromes,and the former 3 Syndromes interacted on each other Among them,the block of blood stasis syndrome was the Most impact factor on cognition.The syndromes of obstruction of Phlegm block of blood stasis in collaterals and deficiency of qi and blood were significant for VD discrimination.Deficiency of kidney essence existed in normal elders;with the aggravation of dementia,deficiency of kidney essence and qi blood became more deteriorative,and obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis in collaterals also became more apparent. It seemed that excessive factors affected W more than deficient ones Cognitive scales combined with differentiation of TOM syndromes may predict the change of cognitive deficits in VD. Different indexes could be evidence of different syndromes,and might enhance the accuracy and externalization of differentiation of TCM syndromes as reference.Syndromes may be available for simplifying on above ones.The research on correlation and discrimination about TOM syndromes may be helpful for analyzing the nature on their functional network and their control center,and the intervention on these syndromes may be benefit for prevention and treatment on cognitive impairment in VD case in this region as well...
