Treatment Of Winter Timing Shikishima Kidney Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type Of Clinical Research In Children

【Objective】This research was on the basis of theory of tempo-medecine of TCM,we have teeated children on the type of asthenia of both the spleen and kidney of glomerular diseases with application by Shenfuling plus moxibustion at specific time in winter,and observed the security,long-term(one year) efficacy, and its impact on adrenocortical function,kidney function,immune function and so on.so we can study the significance and the role that Traditional Chinese Time Medical Theory did in treatment children with renal glomerular diseases.【Methods】46 children suffering from glomerular diseases and on the type of asthenia of both the spleen and kidney was randomly divided into three groups by treatment order:treatment group, control groupâ‘ ,â‘¡the control group.Treatment plan:children in treatment group were treated with acupoint application and herbs-partition moxibustion with Shenfuling for 12 times in the specified time on the basis of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,children in control groupâ‘ were only teated with traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,children in control groupâ‘¡were treated like groupâ‘ ,only not treated in the specified timeWe observed signs and symptoms,the frequency and recurrence of infection of children in three groups above before and after treatment,then filled in the integration table of quantized symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine to calculate the total efficient in each group and compare their efficacy,we did blood analysis and determined liver,renal function to observe whether Shenfuling is toxicant and have side effects or not.We compared of three groups before and after treatment of serum IgG,IgA,IgM,serumcortisol,urinaryβ₂-MG,blood CD4,CD8 levels in order to know the mechanism of Shenfuling improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the recurrence of children children suffering from glomerular diseases.【Results】1.Safety Evaluation:the course of treatment did not have any discomfort except for two cases of slight itching feeling (disappear after drug withdrawal),liver and kidney functions were within the normal range.2.Recurrence of the situation:the treatment group was significantly less thanâ‘ control group,and control groupâ‘¡in the number of relapse(P＜0.05).3.Clinical Efficacy:After symptoms of children in every group were alleviated.In the improvement of clinical symptoms application group was superior to non-Application group(P＜0.05), application in Specified time was better than the group application was Random in Urine,infection efficacy(P＜0.05).4.Laboratory indicators:compared with before and after treatment there were significantly different of treatment group in urinaryβ₂-MG(P<0.05),controlâ‘ group and controlâ‘¡group showed no significant difference(P>0.05),It showed that application treating at specific time in winter can improve urinaryβ₂-MG.compared with treatment group there was no significant difference in controlâ‘¡group(P>0.05),but had significant difference in control groupâ‘ (P<0.05),controlâ‘ â‘¡group were significantly different(P<0.05),It showed that showed that the improvement of urineβ₂-MG application treating is superior to non-application treating,but timing and non-timing Application on urineβ₂-MG had no different.Serum IgG,IgA, IgM,serum cortisol,blood CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 in each group had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),compared of those in each group after treatment and before treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).【Conclusion】In short,this reserch studied role and significance of time medical by observing security,relapse and the clinical efficacy of treating children on the type of asthenia of both the spleen and kidney of glomerular diseases with application of Shenfuling.By comparing the study we found that it not only can play a good effect to improve the condition and reduce the clinical relapse,and can reduce the burden of the spleen and stomach-by using benefit drugs in children,improved therapeutic effect significantlly.But because of lacking of time for Clinical observation,and the single disease only had limited number of cases,so,we We did not have statistics on the efficacy of single disease,we shoud do further exploration in this research.
