Objective:An increasing plasma vWF is accepted as a marker of impaired endothelium an standard to evaluate endothelium dysfunction.The aim of this studies to compare vWF in the following two groups,including normal controlled group,T2DM group and the correlative factor.We try to provide new evidence and management guideline for preventing and curing the impaired endothelium in T2DM.Methods:43 cases of diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes who use insulin gene recombination premixed 12-week intervention,testing before and after intervention Fasting plasma vWF,serum CRP concentration,measured fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,TC,TG,HbA1C,etc.At the same time,measuring height,weight,waist circumference,calculation of BMI,the data used for statistical analysis software SPSS13.0;normal control group, measuring,the same indicators,and.associated statistical analysis.The use of pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression to explore percentile vWF content and the relationship between the factors.P<0.05 were identified as differences with statistical significance.Results:(1) T2DM patients with fasting plasma vWF,serum CRP higher than the normal control group.(P<0.05).(2) T2DM serum FBG,PBG,HbA1C,TC, TG were high-normal control group,significant have statistical significance. (P<0.05).(3) After the intervention of insulin,blood glucose control of stable patients with type 2 diabetes vWF,CRP,FBG,PBG,HbA1C,TC,TG were significantly lower than the normal control group but still higher,the difference was statistically significant.(4) Correlation analysis showed the plasma vWF level was positively correlated with age,serum CRP,FBG,PBG,HbA1C.(5) In the multiple stepwise regression analysis,T2DM group and after PBG,HbA1C,CRP were entered vWF analysis model before intervention.(all P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)T2DM patients with vWF levels,suggesting the existence of vascular endothelial dysfunction.(2)PBG,HbA1C,CRP possible vascular endothelial injury T2DM are the main events Ring factors.(3)Insulin therapy in patients with T2DM can reduce vascular endothelial cell injury,and blood glucose control,reduction of inflammatory mediators are closely related.
