Objective To investigate placental expression of adiponectin and TNF -αin women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and study their relationship.Method 90 cases of selected objects will be divided into four groups: 30 cases of normal pregnancy control group; 20 cases of gestational hypertension group, 20 cases of mild pre-eclampsia group, 20 cases of severe pre-eclampsia group. Radio immunoassay method was used to examine the levels of adiponectin and TNF -αin controls and cases. Data are expressed in mean±standard deviation. SPSS11.5statistical software is used for data analysis.Results 1.There are statistical significances that the levels of adiponectin expression between normal pregnancy control group and mild pre-eclampsia group ( P = 0.019), normal pregnancy control group and severe pre-eclampsia group ( P <0.01), gestational hypertension group and severe pre-eclampsia group ( P<0.01), mild pre-eclampsia group and severe pre-eclampsia group ( P=0.01). 2.There were statistical significances that the levels of TNF-αexpression in each group . Normal pregnancy control group and gestational hypertension group ( P<0.001); normal pregnancy control group and mild pre-eclampsia group (P<0.001); normal pregnancy control group and severe pre-eclampsia group ( P<0.001); gestational hypertension group and mild pre-eclampsia groups (P= 0.021); gestational hypertension group and sub-line of severe pre - between groups ( P<0.001); severe pre-eclampsia group and mild pre-eclampsia group (P= 0.031). 3.There were significantly passive correlations between adiponectin and TNF -αin pre-eclampsias (r =- 0.882, P <0.001 r =- 0.953, P < 0.001) .Conclusion 1. The levels of adiponectin expression in patients with pre-eclampsia group were reduced than in normal pregnancy group.2. The levels of TNF-αexpression in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were increased than in normal pregnancy group,and there were positive correlations between the levels of TNF-αexpression and the severity of disease .3. There were significantly passive correlations between The levels of adiponectin expression and TNF -αin pre-eclampsias group.
