The Clinica Observation Of Dangguishaoyaosan On Treating Retarded Menstruation With Stagnation Of Hepatic Qi Syndrome

Objective:Use Dangguishaoyaosan to treat Retarded Menstruation with Stagnation of Hepatic Qi Syndrome and observe the clinical effect and provide scientific basis for comprehensive treatment's application in clinic.Methods:80 cases were divided into two groups randomly; Dangguishaoyaosan-treatment group and Sinisan-control group,each group of 40 examples.Observation the result and appraisal clinical curative effect.Results:Two groups with age,disease and Chinese medicine symptoms,signs and other general information before the treatment showed no significant difference.After treatment,In therapy group,the totally effective rate is 87.5%.In control group the totally effective rate is 70.0%.The treatment group was prior to the control group(P＜0.05).There are significant differences between the two groups(p＜0.05).Compared two groups of patients with body temperature,the clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 87.5%;in control group,the clinical total effective rate was 67.5%;The treatment group was prior to the control group(P＜0.05).There are significant differences between the two groups(p＜0.05).Two groups of drugs can improve symptoms in patients with localized,and the same signs of improvement in comparison groups were significantly different(P＜0.05).Conclusion:there was exact effect of Dangguishaoyaosan on treating Retarded Menstruation with Stagnation of Hepatic Qi Syndrome,It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
