Clinical Observation Of Fumai Granule Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:Through the single-blind,randomized,controlled prospective clinical research methods,analysis of the control application Fumai granule treatment of premature ventricular of coronary artery disease contractions,improve security at the same time,the number of premature beats happen and the program of drug safety and clinical treatment of the results of the analysis to explore the treatment of coronary artery disease Fumai granule clinical effects of premature ventricular contractions.Methods:A randomized,single blind,controlled clinical research methods.Adoption of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital in July 2008 to February 2009 was hospitalized for coronary heart,disease confirmed the existence of 60 cases of premature ventricular contractions in patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into treatment group Fumai granule and conventional treatment group were observed before and after treatment palpitations symptoms HOLTER quantitative indicators relating to Change and TCM symptoms of efficacy,the use of statistical software to analyze the outcome of the evaluation Fumai granule on the impact of related indicators,so as to explore Fumai granule of ventricular premature coronary heart disease the efficacy and safety.Results;60 patients were included,Distribution of cases was selected for the trial group(Fumai granule+Mexiletine Analog agent.A group),the control group (Mexiletine+Fumai granule Analog agent,B group),the number of cases was 1:1.Test group and control group before treatment at gender,age,duration, and symptoms,etc.There was no significant difference,P＞0.05,2 patients comparable.No shedding,excluding cases.TCM Syndrome Distribution: experimental group in 18 cases of Deficiency of Qi and Yin diagnosis(including phlegm and stasis),breakdown of normal physiological coordination between heart and kidney diagnosis 3 cases,deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin diagnosis Example 1,stagnation of dampness due to insufficiency fo Yang diagnosis Example 3,stagnancy of Qi and blood stasis diagnosis Example 5; the control group in 19 cases of Deficiency of Qi and Yin diagnosis(including phlegm and stasis),breakdown of normal physiological coordination between heart and kidney diagnosis 3 diagnosis,deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin diagnosis 0 cases of certification,stagnation of dampness due to insufficiency fo Yang diagnosis 4 cases,stagnancy of Qi and blood stasis 4 cases of certification.Palpitation effect:the experimental group the total effective rate was 76.7%,control group,the total effective rate was 83.3%, the experimental group compared with the control group no significant difference.The two groups at the weekly frequency of heart attack,before and after treatment compared with no significant difference(P＞0.05).Holter effect:the experimental group the total effective rate was 83.3%,control group,the total effective rate was 90.0%,the experimental group compared with the control group no significant difference(P＞0.05).General efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes:the experimental group the total effective rate was 86.7%,control group,the total effective rate was 40.0%, the experimental group compared with the control group there was a significant difference(P＜0.01).Test group,control group did not find obvious side effects and toxicity.Two groups of patients before,during and after, hematuria conventional fecal,liver,kidney function,enzymes,etc.There was no abnormal histological examination.Conclusion:Test Group(Fumai granule+Mexiletine Analog agent),the control group (Mexiletine+Fumai granule Analog agent) may make coronary heart disease in patients with premature ventricular beats at heart before and after treatment efficacy has improved.Test group and the control group could be significantly improved in patients with coronary heart palpitations premature ventricular contractions and Holter efficacy,the two groups there is no significant difference.Experimental group also significantly improved symptoms of heart palpitations in patients with Chinese medicine,compared with the control group difference was significant.
