Observation Of The Clinic Curative Effect On Acupunct Back-Shu Point And Front-Mu Point Of The Liver And Gallbladder For The Treatment Of The Centrality Obesity

Centrality obesity,also called abdominal obesity,means that there is overmany fat on the abdomen or in the internal viscera of the abdomen.Centrality obesity always combines with diabetes(typeâ…¡), hypertension,hyperlipemia,angiocardiopathy.Its effect on the health of the people must not be overlooked.Recently many research of epidemiology indicate that the distribution of the fat in the body,especially the cumulation of the fat in the abdomen had higher relativity with the angiocardiopathy and the syndrome of the insulin resistance.So the waistline was used to the index of evaluating the degree of the cumulation of the abdominal fat,which was relatively accurate and easy to be used in the diagnosis of the centrality obesity and the research of its relationship with the chronic disiases.From the pathogenesis of the TCM,Centrality Obesity had close relationship with accumulation of the phlegm and damp,accumulation of the heat,stagnation of the blood.The liver and the gallbladder were connected with the smooth activity of qi,the spleen governing the transportation and transformation,the stomach fire.The liver and the gallbladder failing to maintain the normal flow of qi resulted in the stagnation of the qi,led to the accumulation of phlegm and damp,stagnation of the blood in the body;the stagnation of the liver qi restraining the spleen led to the spleen dysfunction due to phlegm and dampness in the body,the liver and stomach fire led to the bulimia and long period of eating fat,sugar, good taste food,which obstructed the stomach and the spleen,resulted in the stagnation of the nourishment,and the accumulation of the phlegm and damp.At last these led to the Centrality Obesity,hepatic adipose infiltration,hyperlipemia and so on.From the pathogenesis,the liver and the gallbladder played an important part in the formation of the Centrality Obesity.This research,based on the relationship between the qi and the liver and gallbladder,did clinic study about the Centrality Obesity of the syndrome of the obstruction of the liver-qi,which regulated the zang and fu organs, quickened the metabolism in the body,to treat the Centrality Obecity.This method could have better whole effect on decreasing the inner fat,improving the metabolism of the carbohydrate and fat,lightening the deposit of the fatty material in the liver.At the same time,it could improve the whole condition, for example,the urine and stool,sleeping,emotion,physical strength,and so on.It was more available than only needling the points of the belly, and more welcome.Front-Mu point and Back-Shu point were one front and another behind,one yin and another yang.They could be not only used to diagnosis the disease,but also used to treat disease.They could be used separately or together,to regulate the function of the organs,the yin and yang, the qi and blood and to make them balanced,to achieve the aim of the treatment.So choose the Back-Shu point and Front-Mu point of the liver and gallbladder to treat the Centrality Obecity of the syndrome of the obstruction of the liver-qi.Objective:According to the theory of the Back-Shu Point and Front-Mu Point of the liver and gallbladder of the TCM,the research of the acupuncting on the the Back-Shu Point and Front-Mu Point of the liver and gallbladder for the centrality obesity of the syndrome of the obstruction of the liver-qi,to discuss its effect is synergia or rivalry.Method:The research was based on the srandard of the syndrome integral of the syndrome of the obstruction of the liver-qi,and the standard of the diagnosis of the Centrality obesity,which on the unite conference of the Metabolism Syndrome in Shanghai in2004.To choose the suitable sufferer from the first affiliated hospital of the university of the Guangzhou University of the Traditional Chinese Medicine,divide into the therapy group of the Back-Shu point and Front-Mu point of the Liver and Gallbladder for 30,and the matched for 30.Then acupuncted each group according to the fixed points.Results:As to the overall evaluation on the effect fore and aft treatment of the both groups,statistics analysis showed that between the two groups there was obvious difference in the curative effect,waistline,WHR and so on.The effect of the therapy team was better than the matched group' s.Conclusion:From the analysis of the results,both of the team had effect on treating the Centrality Obesity of the syndrome of the obstruction of the liver-qi, so it affirmed the curative effect of the acupuncture.But the team of needling Back-Shu point and Front-Mu point was more effective in decreasing the weight and waistline,and in improving the clinic syndrome of the stagnation of the liver-qi,which showed that the effect was cooperative.
