The Clinical Effect On Prevention Of Side Effect Induced By Hormonotherapy In Treating Nephrotic Syndrom With The Therapy Of Strengthening Bone With Nourishing The Kidney

Purpose:Through double blind randomized,We contrast the defference between the change of the integral calculus of symptom and signs,MRI of hip joint and biochemi indexes that including theology of blood,coagulation function of the two groups.To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of strengthening bone with nourishing the kidney on prevention of side effect induced by hormonotherapy in treating nephrotic syndrom and analyze the rate of the incidence of adverse reactions.It could provide theory and clinical proof to prevent steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head,and develop the therapy of TCM.Method:60 cases of patients of yang astheniae type of TCM in nephrotic sydrome with glucocorticold randomly double blind divided into treatment and control groups by 1:1 ratio.Treat the treated group with bushenjiangu capsule,and with placebo for the control group,and the coourse of treatment was six mouths.Observe the treatment of symptoms and signs,MRI of hip joint,and biochemi indexes of patients and analyze the patients' clinical efficacy, the occurrence of adverse reactions in each group before and after six months.Results:1.There is significant difference between the total efficiency of treatment group(93%) and the control group(76.67%)(P＜0.05);This shows that the curative effect of treated group is superior to contrast group(P＜0.05).2.The treated group show no changes in the MRI examination of bilateral hip joints before and after the treatment,while the control group appeared three femoral head necrosis in the MRI examination after the treatment.3.The integral calculus of symptom of TCM both decreased in the two groups with different degrees.The curative effect of group is superior to contrast group in the symptom of edema,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue,increased nocturia and intolerance of cold.4.TG and CHOL in both groups decreased with different degrees after therapy, which had remarkable significance before therapy(P＜0.05).The change of thetreated group was more significant than that of the control group(P＜0.05).5.FIB in both groups decreased with different degrees.Compared with the control group the treatment group can be effective in reducing FIB,and the difference between them is very significant(P＜0.05).6.All the patients in the treated group have no allergy adverse drug reaction and no harm to the lever and kidney.Conclusion:The therapy of strengthening bone with nourishing the kidney had great impaction on relieving the symptoms of deficiency of kidney-YANG in the patients of nephrotic sydrome with large dose glucocorticoid,and there is no clinical situation and imageological imdexes of ONFH in the treating patients。It indicates that the therapy of TCM has advantage on prevention of Glucocorticolds-induced ANFH.
