A healthy and constantly developing medical system is a project having a major impact on future generations and the common aspiration of the people.Whether Shanxi, as a province with an important geographical position, developing agriculture and rich resources can solve problems of rural areas and farmers well is a big issue about provincial and even country development and stability.
