Studies On Chemical Constituents Of Anthriscus Sylvestris

Anthriscus sylvestris(L.) Hoffm.,usually called "Tianqi",is the plant of Umbrelliferae.The nature of Anthriscus sylvestris(L.) Hoffm is sweet,crid flavor and slight bitter.It can warm the middle warmer,remove food stagnation.It can be used to cure the symptom of injurying from fall,splenasthenic abdominai distention,cough caused by the difficiency of the hung,and weakness and so on.There is only a few researches about the components of Anthriscus sylvestris(L.) Hoffm.So,this research,in which the components of Anthriscus sylvestris(L.) Hoffm.were systematically studied,is advantageous to explore the resources of this medicinal plant.The systematically preliminary tests had been done by the methods of the tube-test.It was found that the root of Anthriscus sylvestris(L.) Hoffm.contains polycarbohydrates,Flavonoids and glycosides,cardiac glycosid,coumarin, lacton-es,terpenoids,steroids,protein,organic acid and volatile oil,no phenolic constitu-ents,alkaloids,saponin and enthraquinones.7 compounds were isolated from the root of Anthriscus sylvestris(L.) Hoffm by silica gel column chromatography and prep-TLC.All of them were identified by NMR.They are bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate,β-Sitosterol,Stigmasterol, Linoleic acid,(Z)-2-angeloyloxymethyl-2-butenoic acid,Heptacosane and Anthricin(deoxypodophyllotoxin).(Z)-2-angeloyloxy-methyl-2-butenoic acid and Anthricin(deoxypodophyllotoxin) are the insecticidal activity constituents.Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate was isolated from Anthriscus sylvestris (L.) Hoffm.for the first time.
