In this dissertation, the chemical constituents of Anthriscus sylvestris (L.) Hoffm-(8Umbelliferae) were investaged. The ethanol extract of Anthriscus sylvestris was obt-ained by diacolation and flash extraction method, then the ethanol extract was suspend ed in water (50℃), and was extracted with petroleum ether. The chemical constituen-ts of petroleum ether were studied by a variety of separation methods. Finally, twelv-e compounds have been isolated from the petroleum ether part of the roots of Anthr-iscus sylvestris. And the structures of the eleven compounds had been identified by HR-ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR, and combined with TLC method, one steroids (compound 1), one fatty acid (compound 7), three phenylpropanoids (compounds 8,9, 12), three lignins (compounds 2,3,10). They were identified as:β-Sitosterol (1), Anthricin (2), Isoanthricin (3), Furan,3-methoxy-4-methyl-(4), Toluene,2-ethoxy-6-methoxy-(6),5-Tet-radecenoic acid, 1,2,3-propanetriyl-ester,(Z, Z, Z) (7), anthriscusin (8),2-butenoic acid,2-methyl-4-[[(2Z)-2-methyl-l-oxo-2-buten-1-yl]oxy]-,(2E)-3-(7-methoxy-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2-propen-l-yl-ester,(2Z)-(9),Deoxypicropo-dophyllotoxin (10), (Z)-2-angeloyloxymeth-yl-2-butenoic acid (11), Anthriscus I (12).Compound 12 was a new structure, compounds 4,6,7 were isolated for the first time from Anthriscus genus. Molecular structure of compound 5 is still further analysis. In addition Compounds 2,4,5,6,8,9,10,11, and 12 were biological activity of antitumor by MTT method in vitro against HT29 and SW620 cell lines. Compo-unds 2,6,9, and 12 exhibited effective growth inhibition on colon cancer HT-29 and SW-620 cells. The IC50 of compounds 2,6,9, and 12 values were 83.215μg/mL, 86.780μg/mL,113.03μg/mL,68.31ug/mL for HT29.
