Study On The Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood Circulation Of Anthriscus Sylyestris

E Senate (Anthriscus sylvestris (L.) Hoffm) and E-rui, snow grinding taro, has always been regarded as the three major specialties of Emeishan known far and near, the Chinese Medicine believes that the E Senate has the function of strengthening the spleen, supplying qi and activating blood circulation. It has been little research at domestic and abroad, particularly in pharmacodynamics. This topic adopts modern pharmacology experimental method to study the Pharmacological function of supplying qi and activating blood circulation of E Senate. It can promote the comprehensive development and utilization of E Senate and it has important social and economic benefits. The main contents of this issue are as follows.(1) Adopted the method of animal experiment, we observed the swimming time of spleen-deficient model mice, the survival rates of cold-resistant, thymus gland exponent, spleen exponent, expurgation exponent K and revised expurgation exponent a. Result: High, medium and low dose treatment groups of Anthriscus sylvestris and the positive drug group of Baizhu have the ability to increase the body mass index and organs index of spleen deficiency mice in some extent, extend its swimming time, strengthen appetite, enhance its ability of cold-resistant, increase the times of activities and enhance their survival rate. The high dose group of Anthriscus sylvestris and positive drug group of Baizhu can improve the immunity of mice.(2) The model of rats with blood stasis was made by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and ice-stimulation. We determined the whole blood viscosity, plasma xiscosity, packed red cell volume and packed plasma volume. Result: Experimental results showed that water decoction of Anthriscus sylvestris can effectively improve blood rheology of acute blood stasis rat, lower blood viscosity, abate the blood stasis symptoms, improve blood flow, has the function of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis effectiveness. The function of invigorating blood circulation of high, medium dose groups were stronger than the low-dose group.(3) Adopt the D-galactose to induce the mice to produce the senile change, we observed the free activities, diving platform, maze, viscera exponent and the index of SOD, MDA of brain tissue. Result: The hight dosage of Anthriscus sylvestris can enhance the free activities of senile mice, advance the ability of learening and memory, increase viscera exponent, enhance the brain tissue SOD activeness, reduces the MDA content.Conclusion: Anthriscus sylvestris has the function of strengthening the spleen,supplying qi,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, improving the ability of immune and anti-senile.
