The traditional procesing methods also include an hard operation , pollute environment and lose medicine material easily problems.Although there has been new types , they be still more disadvantageous than conveyance and preservation.So this experiment is looking for a kind of processing method, overcoming the shortages .Applied microwave technique,we process theEquus asinnus L. and certain the best craft.To total nitrogen content as an indicator of the microwave-processing technology ,it study the microwave-processing Technologyon Equus asinnus L. technology by a single factor and orthogonal experimental and optimized the best technology.In this thesis ,we also studies on its quality control.The quality control standard of the Equus asinnus L.,which was processd by miacrowave,was developed,which has laid a good foundation for the normalization of prepared materials of Equus asinnus L.Colla corri asini and different processing samples were studied from four areas ,which were TLC,Trace Elements,Amino acids and Electrophoresis.We analyzed the results of the four areas.We study the influence of colla corri asini and different processing products on enriching blood and immunity.The Conclusion is that Colla corri asini and different processing products have a protective effect on the enriching blood and immunity.The product of microwave is the best.
