| Objective: To analysis the expression and the clinical significance of ERα,ERβ,PS2 in breast cancer in Xinjiang Uygur women. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray technology was used to detect the expression of ERα, ERβand PS2 in 100 cases of breast cancer tissues, The statistic analysis of the expression difference in different nationality and the relationship between clinical facts by SPSS 12.0. Result:ⅰ.The expression of ERβis 55%, The expression of ERβin control group of Han nationality is 24%, compare with Han nationality the expression rate of ERβin breast cancer tissue in Uygur women are high than that expression in Han nationality. (P<0.05).ⅱ.The expression of ERα, ERβ, PS2 in Uygur women are have nothing to do with age, the state of catamenia, size of tumor and clinical stageing.(P>0.05). But, It has a relationship to the axilla lymph node metastasis state. (P<0.01).ⅲ.There are a correlativity between ERβand PS2 in Uygur women breast cancer.(rs=0.51 P<0.01). There are also a correlativity between ERαand PS2 in Uygur women breast cancer. (rs=0.48 P<0.01). The expression of ERβand ERαare not have a correlativity (rs=0.04 P>0.05). Conclusion: The expression of ERβand ERαare not rely on each other in Uygur women. There are negative correlativity between expression of PS2 and ERβ. And also ERβhas a correlativity to the axilla lymph node metastasis state. These give us a clue that the expression of ERα, ERβand PS2 has a important significance to the clinical endocrine therapy of breast cancer on Uygur women. |
