Investigation And Research The Structure Of The Manpower Resource Of The Community Health Service In Chang Chun

With the advancement in science and technology and the changing of the concept of health and medical model,service of medical treatment is also facing great changes. How to make the limited health resources better serve human is both an important issue facing in our country and the world. Creating and improving community health services has become the new trend of health care reform and an important strategic target of achieving" Health for All". To build up a feasible contingent of community health services is one of the most crucial factor of developing the community health services. Within more than 50 years of founding our nation,in contemporary with developing a medical network in the city,we have formed a team of primary health care and disease prevention,which make a contribution to meet the primary health care needs of urban residents. With the in-depth development of community health services,whether the quality of health manpower can take the responsibilities of community health services or not and how to work according to the local conditions are also the problem needed to solve urgently. Manpower of community health care is of increasing importance by the experts and scholars.The thesis consists of four chapters: Chapter 1 elaborated the content of community health service and manpower resource and discussed public affair and public production theories, human nature theories and harmony theories and other related theories as the sill. Chapter 2 defined the problem of the manpower resource of community health services in Changchun. Then, carried on investigate analysis. Chapter 3 made a need analysis, in order to find the gap between need and supply. Chapter 4 made appropriate recommendation. This paper provides the scientific basis to the health sector in formulating health policies on manpower development of community health services and improving community health service.
