Objective:Dual vacuity of the spleen and kidney,damp-turbid brewing internally is the main pathogenesis of chronic renal failure(CRF).This research observes the clinical curative effect of thearpy of iontophoresis with Chinese durg in order to treat CRF(dual vacuity of the spleen and kidney pattern),to further discuss and recognize the CRF pathology mechanism and the function mechanism of the thearpy of iontophoresis with Chinese durg of CRF.Methods:60 patients of CRF were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group & control group). We applied the thearpy of iontophoresis with Chinese durg to free the channels and network vessels, dispel stasis and engender the new as method,30 patients in control group were given the Niaoduqing Kernel. All two sets mateh mith the medicine to cure the symptom. The author systematically observed the thearpy of iontophoresis with Chinese durg sinfluence on the patients' Scr,BUN and the improve of clinical symptom. Results:The clinical observation results indicated:the treatment group showed that the efficiency was 43.33%;the total effectiveness was 83.33%.The control group showed the efficiency as 20.00%;the total effectiveness as 76.67%.The clinical effectiveness and comparative total effectiveness of the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05). This showed that treatment group results surpassed the control group in the efficacy of the medicines used. Conclusion:The thearpy of iontophoresis with Chinese durg is effective on treating CRF,and worth popularizing and recipe is effective on applying on clinic.
