Objective According to the methods of evidence-based medicine to make a systematic evaluation of Blood-activating and Stasis-resolving medicine which treatment of acute Cerebral hemorrhage Acute phase.Methods According to incorporate standards and exclusion criteria,a comprehensive literature search,select literature,data collection,statistical analysis of the quality of the literature and make Blood-activating and Stasis-resolving medicines for Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage valid or invalid conclusion.Results Four were found.Included in the study,divided into three categories: single-extract of the Chinese herb;Chinese herbal compound;TCM Differential Treatment.A total of 954 cases of patients entering clinical trials.According to the documents included in the analysis of the results showed that:Chinese medicine extract SanQi on the basal ganglia hemorrhage patients Barthel NDF and the decrease of the increase may have some effect; Chinese herbal compound of acute cerebral hemorrhage in the reduction of mortality and morbidity,as well as markedly effective rate and efficiency of the total may have a certain effect;TCM Differential Treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients maimed and the reduction of mortality and disability mild recovery and the rate of increase may have some effect.Conclusion Into existence because of the clinical heterogeneity in the literature,the research of the effect of the merger impossible,but also to draw Blood-activating and Staffs-resolving medicinal treatment on Cerebral Hemorrhage Acute phase unified conclusion.
