Time for data collection from October 2007 to June 2008. To the status quo as the basis for the findings of nursing intervention, in the Chaoyang District, Changchun City, the object taken from nursing intervention, using a random sample taken in the 3 months to give birth to normal full-term breast-feeding, birth weight≥2500g, no, liver, kidney, blood system diseases and congenital diseases in the 3 months to 10 months 100 babies were randomly divided into intervention and control groups, in which the intervention group 50, control group 50, effective for the intervention group 45 (effective 90%), control group 49 (98% efficient) time for data collection from September 2008 to November 2008. All households in the baseline survey conducted before the intervention (including the basic situation of parents, children's health status assessment). Intervention group of families related to the implementation of infant and young child feeding knowledge and behavior of nursing intervention, the final analysis the intervention group and control group in the food supplement, parents awareness of science and feeding, infant growth and development differences. In this study, a large number of related literature in reference to the views of experts to design the questionnaire, by the uniform training of investigators carried out on infants and young children one-on-one face-to-face household survey or telephone survey, all the findings of all the input database, with SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis. The findings of 525 infants and young children of the family status of the survey, Changchun City, surveyed the community on four of the breastfed infant as the 66.1 percent rate, 6 months, the baby's food supplement was 90.7%, infant breast-feeding rate high time for improper food supplement, a variety of food supplement than constitute unreasonable, feeding different academic, vocational advantages of breast-feeding rate of cognitive correct, reasonable food supplement different cognitive accuracy. Changchun City, was to investigate birth weight infants, the average length was significantly better than WHO recommended value and 95 cities in nine years the reference value. -Month-old infant with an increase in height for age (HAZ) gradually decreased, 9 months after the weight for height (WHZ) also decreased significantly, by the different age groups have a number of inter-comparison analysis of variance, significant difference P<0.05; At the same time, 8 months ago in the HAZ, WAZ, WHZ positive values, in nine months later, close to 0 and the beginning of a negative. 94 to effect the outcome of nursing intervention to compare two sets of complementary feeding were added after the intervention knowledge scores, intervention group and control group mean score of 79.22±1.89 points and 67.14±2.57 points difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t = 5.781, P = 0.000), significantly higher than those in the intervention group. Feeding were compared between the two groups after the intervention knowledge scores of the best rates, significantly higher than those in the intervention group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=20.341, P=0.000). After intervention, measurement of the two groups per month of baby weight, length, results showed that the intervention group was significantly higher than that between the two was statistically significant (P<0.05).Communities to take care of the intervention, results showed that nursing intervention to improve infant feeding awareness of the food supplement; improved food supplement infant behavior; to promote the baby's growth and development. Therefore, the worth of community nursing intervention child protection in the urban communities in the promotion and application of work, but in Changchun City, the community nursing intervention model widely used there are still a certain degree of difficulty.
