Gong Humin made conclusion:In the anxiety group the increase plasma noradranaline and the decrease of oxytocin may be related to the threshold of pain in the labouring women. Han Jianzhong made the conclusion: The noradranaline induce elevation in intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca2+]i) in C6 glioma cells throughα1-adrenoreceptors. The SRF absorption time in Some RRD patients is long ,whether it is induced by the catecholamine which was released by the Adrenal medulla system when exciting, we will study it.Objective: RRD can cause blind, It is a pathologic process participated by vitreous and retina .Its incidence is 8-12 person/100000, With the development of diagnosis and surgical techniques , The successful rate of operation has reached more than 90%.The current options for treatment of RRD include scleral encircling operation, Most patientss can achieve high percentage of retinal reattachment. After sealing the breaks, SRF could be absorped in a short time, but there exist some patients, the time of SRF absorption is long. Anesthesia and operation are the important stressors. Before a surgical operation, Most patients have bad psychological reaction such as anxiety, fear, stress, and pessimism, when we are in the state of tension and stress, The sympathetic nervous system - adrenal medulla and Hpa system are activated, with adrenaline,noradrenaline and corticosteroids increasing. Psychological factors is one of the important factors which influence postoperative patients, recovery .When facing to the same stressor, different people have different reaction. Then the concentration of adrenaline, noradrenaline and corticosteroids are different. we will investigate the different noradrenalin concentration in different absorption time of SRF , to analyze if they have some relationship.Methods: Collecting thirty-nine primary retinal detachment patients of our department, The age of the cases is between 20 and 65. And the average age is 32.6, 16 male cases and 14 female cases. 1 case is treated by experiencing vitrectomy and 29 cases by scleral buckling. The slit pores were well sealed, there are no PVR and new slit pores , The fluid under the retina is absorped between 1 day and 21 days.We eliminate pheochromocytomas,Hypertention,Diabetes, abnormal function of liver and kidney,cardiac functional insufficiency; also some state such as: acute myocardial infarction,reactive hypoglycemia,extensive wound or burn,adrenalectomy etc; The slit pores were not sealed well, there are new slit pores and cause RD recurrence, PVR, RD with holes beneath the retina, RD with Retinal cysts. Measuring the concentration of their plasma noradrenalin before operation or after it, before we measure ,patients should not drink strong tea,coffee taking adrenergic,antidepressive,tetracycline,erythrocin drugs, Keeping calm.We record the absorption time of the SRF. According less than or equal to 3 days to A group,More than 3 days ,less than or equal to 7 days to B group,more than 7 day to C group. Comparing concentration of preoperative NE,postoperative NE,The different concentration of NE between The first day after operation and preoperative day ,and digital quantity rising in preoperative day of C group between male and female. Results:1. The concentration of NE is no difference in three groups before operation.2.In the 1th day after operation, the concentration of NE of C group is higher than A and B group.3 The concentration of NE after operation, C group's rising quantity is higher than preoperative level.4.The norepinephrine concentration is higher in the male group than female group,but there are no significant differences.Conclusion: Noradrenalin and subretinal fluids of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment have relationship. After operation, The concentration of NE is higher in the patients who have slower absoption speed.
