| Objective To study the value of the value of cardiac treponin and CK-MB on cardiac injury caused by acute organophosphoros poisoning(AOPP).Methods All 31 caes patients were inpatient of our hospital. 11 cases were male and 20 cases were female. The mean age was 35±4.5 years. Among patients 14 cases were mild and midrange poisoning, 17 cases were severe poisoning. All the patients were given routine physical examination and routin treatment as soon as they were sent to our hospital and their serum were drawn at 4h,12h,24h,72h after poisoning. CTnI were detected by ELISA and CK-MB were detected by immunodepression method. Normal control were 15 healthy volunteers. Six of them were male and nine were female. The mean age was 37±6. 2 years. There was no difference between AOPP group and normal control group(P>0.05). Their serum were kept for CTnI and CK-MB detected. Results The seurm CTnI,CK-MB of AOPP patients were increasing at 4h,12h,24h,72h, P<0.05 or 0.01 compared with control group. The CtnI level of AOPP patients were still increaing at 72h but the level of CK-MB begin to decreasing. The level of CTnI of severe poisoning group were higher than that of mild and midrange poisoning group at 12h,24h and 72h (P<0.01); The level of CK-MB of severe poisoning group were higher than that of mild and midrange poisoning group at 4h,12h,24h and 72h (P <0.01 ) .The main electrocardiographic abnormality of AOPP patients werearhythmia, ST-T depression and A-V block, et al..Conclution Acute organophosphoros poisoning may cause cardiac injury. Tocontinuous observe the changes of CTnI and CK-MB of AOPP patients is useful to forus to analyses the degree of myocardial damage. The specificity and specificity ofCTnI has an advantage than CK-MB. |
