Objective Establish a set of science reasonable, wide orientation scope, strongly actional synthesize Characteristic hospital post to appoint standard of the city, investigate to carry out a post to appoint standard of implement path, set up a new post to appoint a movement mechanism; And carry on the stability and rationality analysis to the standard index sign system, carry out a post to appoint to provide the technique reference and practice a support for the same kind hospital.Methods Adopted the expert talks the method establishment index system drafted plan, The index system which draws up can be judged by Delphi Method. Analyzed the reliability of indicator system through the credibility and validity of questionnaire, expert's positive coefficient, authoritative coefficient, coordinated coefficient ect. The study used synthesizes index method and boundary value method to be sieving indicator; Adopt subjective settled weight method and comparison assign the method assurance all levels index weight. We took the index into practice, and used the maneuverability analyzes, the weight stability analyses and the weight rationality analysis to confirm the indicator system. Based on the result of the target hospital post text and questionnaire, the study integrated the information and established the post appointment standard about botanic physician. The study established the new-style post appointment operational mechanism, it ensured the implementation of the post appointment standard. And explored the effective way to practice the post appointment standard.Results After two rounds, the a coefficient of questionnaire consulted from experts were 0.9617 and 0.9566, Face validity and content validity of the questionnaire were ideal. The total positive coefficient of questionnaire consulted were 93.75%,100%, and the coordinatedcoefficient were 0.41 (x~2 =39.63 ,p>0.05),0.43 (x~2 =33.86 ,p>0.05)for each. Expertauthoritative coefficient was 0.919; six indexes were deleted, one index was added, the name and classification of one index was changed after the first round of consulting from experts; one index was deleted after the second round of consulting, and the weight has been entrusted respectively with all levels of indexes. Seven hospitals were measured in the study, the feasibility, the stability and the rationality of indicator system was ideal. Post appointment standard was established based on indicator system, appraised among the experts and discussed with the study group, the post information was synthesized, the initial executive standard of post appointment about botanic physician was established. And we explored and innovated the way of the post appointment standard.Conclusion The indicator system, which was established, was demarcated clearly, the quantity of indexes was moderate, and it covered comprehensively, the weight of indexes were stable and reasonable. The indicator system reflected the primary content of the post appointment work about Chief physician comprehensively. The standard of post appointment about botanic physician, which based on indicator system, could supervise and appraised the work about the post appointment of Chief physician effectively. Through the study, the way of the post appointment standard was innovated, we established the effective appointment operational mechanism, and analyzed it practically.
