This experiment makes a further exploring onthe theory of "the lung referring to the upper origin of water;the kindey referring to the lower origin of water",through setting up mice models of lung-qi deficiency and qi deficiency of lung and kidney;stimulating healthy rats with smoke;injecting hydrogencortisone in back.In the experiment,30 rats(half male and half female )were randomly divided into 3 groups,each 10:normal temperature comparing group,lung-qi deficiency group,and qi deficiency of lung and kidney group.After sootiness collecting samples,observing the normal condion,pathological changes of lung and kidney,and electric-scope changes of kidney;the index changes ofβ2-Microglobulin,IL-4,IFN-γin blood and urine;Detecting transforming-growth factor-β2,urotensin IIby immunohistochemistry;Detecting the expression of NF-κB in kindey through TRT-PCR.Experimental datum are analyzed by SPSS11.5.The results manifest thatβ2-Microglobulin of blood and urine,IL-4 in serum of lung-qi deficiency group and qi deficiency of lung and kidney group is higher than normal condition group.IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-4 in serum is lower than normal condition group. The immunohistochemistry manifest that in normal condition,expression of transforming-growth factor-β2,urotensin IIin kidney decrease;but increase in lung-qi deficiency groupand qi deficiency of lung and kidney group.Expression ofNF-κBmRNA in kindey through TRT-PCR in lung-qi deficiency group and qi deficiency of lung and kidney group is higher than normal condition group,shows statistical meaning.
