The TCM Literature Study Of Postpartum Medicine And Food Nursing

This thesis explored all kinds of existent TCM documents which recorded the postpartum medicine and food nursing from per-Qin dynasty till 1911.this thesis has study on the TCM Literature from four respects:In the frist part,by means of traditional TCM literature research to find the historical development track of Postpartum Medicine and Food Nursing.In the second part,After the study of the literature,we draw a conclusion.That is, the targets of postpartum medicine and food nursing are as following:Fristly,help restoring the body and preventing the occurrence of post-natal diseases;Secondly, maintain adequate milk to feed infants and prevent the occurrence of infant diseases; Thirdly,help recovering from post-natal diseases as soon as possible.And the Principle of the Postpartum medicine and food nursing is preventive treatment of disease; treatment in accordance with season,locality and individual;syndrome differentiation.In the third part,this thesis analysized the theory of postpartum medicine and food nursing,that discussed on the homologous theory of medicine and food;the theory of pathogenic factors and pathogenesis;the theory of treatment principles and methods;the theory of suitable and noes.In the four part,on the basis of the analysis of TCM documents,this paper proposed postpartum medicine and food nursing of plan.that divides two steps specifically: Fristly,Anti-infections,Promotion contractingostength of the uterus;Secondly,Promotion secretion milk.
