Clinical Investigation On The Diabetic Nephropathy (Qiyinliangxu, Mailuoyujie Syndrome) With Yiqiyangyin Huoxue Treatment

Objective: Chinese medicine'multi-target and multi-ways own characteristic effects to have unique superiority in diabetes nephrosis treatment , and have made encouraging progress . The present paper focuses on the diabetes nephrosis clinical research , the law of Yiqiyangyin Huoxue Group and Tangshen 1 Decoction , the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (Qiyinliangxu Mailuoyujie Syndrome) efficacy and renal protective effect . The target is to summarize clinical experience for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and provide an effective method . Methods: 72 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy was selected from April 2006 to January 2008. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to attendance order. After two weeks of clinical observation of preparation , the selected standard cases got into the clinical treatment period. During the treatment the total of loss was four cases , the exclude was three. There were 65 cases included in the final total of the statistics , including 33 of the experimental group and 32 of the control group. The Control group therapy is given fundamental treatments , including diabetes education , controling blood sugar and blood pressure , regulating blood lipids and symptomatic treatment. The experimental group is given Tangshen 1 Decoction on the foundation of fundamental treatments. One decoction was taken daily , and was divided 2 times to take. Each served six days , suspended one day. Both of the groups were treated for eight weeks. Before and after the treatment we observed the two groups'Syndromes , effect of blood glucose , glycated hemoglobin , total cholesterol , triglyceride , high-density lipoprotein , low-density lipoprotein , blood urea nitrogen , serum creatinine , 24 hour urinary protein quota , overall evaluation and safety evaluation. Results: The clinical study shows that Tangshen 1 Decoction can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms , reduce urinary protein and protect the renal function. The total efficiency of the experim ental group is 94% , and is significantly better than the control group. The effect of long-term use can be consolidated , and be found no adverse reactions in the course of treatment. Conclusion: Tangshen 1 Decoction can effectively protect renal function, reduce proteinuria , improve patient's symptoms and the quality of life in patients with the effective prescription of diabetic nephropathy (Qiyinliangxu Mailuoyujie Syndrome) , and has a good treatment prospect.
