Clinical Study Of Self-made Tangshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Kidney Disease

Objective: In recent years,the prevalence of diabetic kidney disease has been increasing year by year,if not early and effective treatment can develop into end-stage nephropathy and kidney failure.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique knowledge system,theoretical and practical advantages in the field of diabetes mellitus and diabetic kidney disease.Therefore,this clinical trial aims to study the effect of Self-made Tangshen Decoction on the improvement of clinical symptoms and related laboratory indexes of early diabetic kidney disease,and to explore the influence of inflammatory factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical popularization.Methods: A total of 80 patients who met the criteria were treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Hebei Provincial Hospital.Among them,the control group was given routine treatment of hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering and improving lifestyle.The treatment group was given 1 oral dose of Tangshen Decoction daily on the basis of the control group.The patients in the two groups were treated for a total of 12 weeks.To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups and the levels of TCM syndrom score,UAER,FPG,Hb A1 c,TNF-α,IL-6and to observe the adverse reactions during the treatment.Result: The study showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was 89.50% and that of the control group was 62.16% in improving the clinical symptoms of the patients.The treatment group had obvious advantages,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the group before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in two groups decreased obviously(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the group before treatment,the levels of UAER,FPG,Hb A1 c and TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly decreased after treatment in two group(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups after treatment,the improvement of the above index levels in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion: Self-made Tangshen Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with early diabetic kidney disease,regulate the body’s glucose metabolism and reduce the excretion of urine protein and delay the deterioration of renal function by reducing the body’s inflammatory reaction.The prescription is safe and effective in clinical trials and deserves popularization.
